Wooden Mate with Sakura flowers|El Boyero

Instructions to cure the wooden mate:

• Melt a tablespoon of butter and soak the whole interior of the mate with it while spinning it.
  
  
• Let it settle for 24 hours. Afterwards, without wiping off the butter, add mate leaves. They must be at room temperature. 
  
  
• Let it settle again for 24 hours. Afterwards, remove the mate leaves and clean the mate thoroughly with some water and paper napkins.
  
  
• Curing it takes 48 hours in total.
  
  
• We recommend not washing the mate. After using it, remove the mate leaves and leave it face up with a paper napkin inside so it can absorb the moisture.
